Have you ever wished for a streamlined process around Certificates of Origin? We want to know from you about key “pain points” and suggestions to make it easier for you.  There could be a solution around the corner, but we need to hear from you.

KPMG has been engaged by the Australian Government to explore options for streamlining the process for the issue and use of origin documentation Certificates of Origin (COO) and Declarations of Origin (DOO) for the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA), with a specific focus on the electronic exchange of origin details between Australian and China.

The study will also touch upon the use of origin documentation for other Free Trade Agreements (FTA) that Australia is a party to.

To ensure that the study identifies options that are practical and genuinely address the issues affecting exporters and importers, the ECA and KPMG would like to invite you to join us for a roundtable so that we can hear from you to better understand your pain points and how you think the system can be improved. It is likely that representatives from the Australian Government will also be present at this roundtable.

Register now to secure your seat at the upcoming roundtable discussion and have your voice heard. BONUS: Every business that attends the roundtable discussion will receive a free copy of the latest edition of the Australian Export Handbook.
